Your payment is handled by Stripe, which collects your card and billing details directly — we never see or store your full card number. If you contact us or opt in to our email list, we keep the email address and messages you send. Our hosting also processes basic technical data (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your details to deliver your purchase, send your order confirmation and download links, provide support, and process refunds. If you opt in, we send a short series of emails to help you use the playbook and, occasionally, news about updates or new products — every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We don’t sell your data.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses only the technical storage needed to run the store and checkout. We do not run advertising pixels or sell your browsing data.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Stripe; the site and store are operated on Cook.ai and hosted on its infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security programs.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@soloclientengine.com and we’ll help. We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.
