You keep the files.The playbook, the prompt vault, the tracker and anything else you downloaded are yours regardless. We'd rather you have the work than argue over $29.
What this covers. Every product sold on this site — the $29 playbook, the $19 Prospecting Prompt Vault add-on, and the $79 Implementation Kit — is covered by the same 7-day refund from the date of that purchase.
How refunds are issued. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. It usually clears in 5–10 business days depending on your bank; that timing is on their side, not ours.
What we're honest about. This is a prospecting method and the tools to run it. We do not, and never will, guarantee clients, replies, or revenue — those depend on your service, your market and your follow-through. The refund is a guarantee about the product, not about your results.
